Sturgeon Public Schools provides safe, dependable and efficient transportation for students. We operate 70 yellow school buses and transport over 2,750 students to and from school each day.

You want to stay on top of any busing delays or cancellations, and we want you to, too. Sturgeon Public Schools uses the Box Clever Bus Status App to give parents and caregivers a simple and accessible way to make sure they're notified of any changes in the status of their students' bus routes immediately. The app is available on the App Store for Apple devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices. iPhone users must be running iOS version 11.0 or later to use the app properly.
The Bus Status App allows you to keep track of any busing delays or cancellations, and receive push notifications for just the bus routes that matter to you.
Transportation Permission Card
If your student is planning on taking a different bus home, please fill out the Transportation Permission Card found here.
This form must be signed by a parent or guardian, as well as a member of the Office Staff, and then provided to the bus driver.
Parents and Guardians - please also be advised that you must contact your student's bus driver to ensure there will be enough room for additional students to join a trip.
